Little Wyvern (EBB)
James McCloud is the leader of the flight squad Galaxy Dogs. According to F-Zero GX, he is 32 years old and had his combat plane converted into an F-ZERO machine in order to compete in the Grand Prix.

He only appeared in Ending it All. As Tinsel and her friends were hanging out at Port Town's Queen League circuit stargazing, Leon unveiled there's a mysterious pilot that can help them win the Lightning Championship and maybe defeat Dark Million. Tinsel ad Gomar & Shioh found him and his old worn-down base dedicated to the Galaxy Dogs. A ;arge blinding light greeted them, and he forced them to introduce themselves. They paid him with a hefty profit digitally, and he urged them straight to training. The first test was avoiding enemy gunfire as bullets rained on their machines, in which the Huckminers excelled, and it wasn't easy for the Silver Comet with the enhanced parts from the Big Fang. James excluded the fact, and chastised Tinsel for failing the test. He then urged the pilots to the second test at the King League circuit, racing each other. At the end, he criticized Tinsel on letting her machine drop and not learning the bi leap, while he scorned the Furikakes for taking a risky shortcut and catching them with his large UFO.
He then taught Tinsel the long jump technique by lifting its nose and cancelling the G-Diffusion system for more height and length; he was dumbfounded she never learned it since he watched the Queen League race. Tinsel was grateful and more confident on the first test again, till Octoman and Clank new his true motives. He even said to the Galactic Federation that the Takorans were a threat to them, despite recovering from wars and poverty; Octoman and his people were living in scrutiny ever since.
Tinsel froze his machine gun with the ice jets, and he was furious on the stunt! He ridiculed Tinsel after finding him out as a scoundrel and only cared for greed, even those from Dark Million. He was taken back when Octoman came to her defense, and he scurried in his Little Wyvern. Tinsel and Octoman gave chase, though using the new technique, Tinsel cut him off! She froze the vehicle, and the Galaxy Platoon were called. He confessedhe was on a mission underneath a thick, dark canopy, then losing his comrade, O'Donnell, and never cared on saving him. Since then, he became the Galaxy Dogs' corruptive leader, and the gold warped his mind, even abandoning his family, his wife and his son, Tod. The police arrested him, and of his betrayals, he may either receive permanent cold sleep or imprisonment. Since then, the organization was passed down to his son.
