Jenner is the main antagonist in Winnie the Pooh and The Secret of Nimh and a recurring character in The 100 Acre Wood series. He is a member of the rats of nimh.
History
Jenner served as a villainous rat who plotted to become the leader of the rats and take the red stone amulet for himself. he spies on Mrs Brisby's family. From the begining He used to be friends with Justin and Nicodemus - However he was consumed by a lust for power. Jenner wanted the other rats to stay at the enchanted rose bush instead of going to Thorn Valley.
However - Mrs Brisby told the rats that Nimh is coming to get them. Jenner became enraged and attacked Mrs Brisby - but Justin came to her rescue and fight back. Jenner is defeated after he got strike down by Justin.
Jenner appears in a segment called The Cave of Wonders - where he and Pete plotted to get the Genie's lamp. But Justin is the only one who Got the Lamp.
