Jiminy Cricket is the deuteragonist of the 1940 Disney animated feature film Pinocchio. He is a wisecracking, anthropomorphic cricket that is depicted donning a top hat and tailcoat, with an umbrella always on his person. Jiminy was appointed Pinocchio's official conscience by the Blue Fairy, in hopes that Jiminy can guide Pinocchio on his journey to become a real boy.
Notable for being the original performer of "When You Wish Upon a Star" (which would become the trademark anthem for The Walt Disney Company), Jiminy has appeared alongside Mickey Mouse and Tinker Bell as a company mascot throughout the years.

Jiminy is a friendly cricket who joins up with Pooh Bear on his adventures. Sometimes They stick with Mickey Mouse to save the world. Jiminy is good friends with Cholena and he even taught his friends about temptation and anything that was right or wrong.
Jiminy is voiced by Cliff Edwards in Pinocchio. Then later he was voiced by Eddie Carroll and currently by Phil Snyder in the film series, and Fantasia in the Hundred Acre Wood: The Series.

Ikran was inspired so much by Jiminy's role as a wise conscience, that one of her earliest OCs since she was 6 was a Phantron (from Starfox) as a colored plush duck named Jiminy! She always felt like she had an actual conscience speaking to her ever since...
She can also relate him to Navi as being much like him and Tinker Bell to Link hence being his positive sidekick and also have a wise conscience-like role.
