Kari's Zoroark
Zorua is one of Kari's Pokemon. He, along with Oshawott, Snivy, Tepig and Deerling, has begged Kari to be a part of her Pokemon team. He was used against J's Salamence and defeated it using Night Daze. Oddly, his ability, Illusion, was not activated when this happened. In Chance Reaction he was used against Mac's Sableye and tied with it after a Night Daze/Night Shade collision.
As a Zorua
Over the years in Full Moon's Full Pokemon Journey, he was revealed by Kari that Zorua had a choice to evolve, but Zorua decided he was not quite ready to evolve just yet, since everyone else evolved, he was happier being a Zorua for the time being.
After several long episodes later, he finally evolves into a Zoroark, after seeing how brave Kari has been trying to defend him. As a Zoroark, he is a lot more confident and learned Night Slash after evolving.
