Kenneth Donald "Kenny" Rogers is an American country singer, actor and musician. He is a member of the Country Music Hall of Fame and has collaborated with such artists as Dolly Parton, the Bee Gees, Reba McEntire, Sheena Easton and Glen Campbell. He has also acted in a number of films such as Kenny Rogers as The Gambler, as well as appearing on The Muppet Show. He auditioned to provide Charlie's singing voice in Oliver and Company 2, but backed out. In the Family Guy fanfic Nice To Tennessee You, Brian and Stewie sing "Islands In The Stream" by Kenny and Dolly on the karaoke, while dressed as them. He also voiced Stan von Bruinwald, Baloo's uncle in the TaleSpin fanfic Family Affair and Lord Montague in Disney's Animated Tales of Shakespeare, as well as Methuselah in Disney's Animated Myths and Legends.
