Kernal Topson

Kernal Frankfurt Topson (June 24, 1547 - February 15, 1632) was the sixth President of Foxville, Lowford, United Lunchwagon (located on a planet outside of the solar system called "Ranchop") who was inaugurated as president following the death of Jaxx UnionFour in 1601.
