Kou? with Leann
LUKIS is an anti-Mikado intelligence agency to which Kou Leifoh is acting as an undercover agent for in The Bouncer.
A year prior to the events of Mikado's official launch for their new solar energy technology, LUKIS received crucial information regarding Mikado's ulterior motives, and including their research concerning questionable bionic and biological applications. With Leann Caldwell as the leader of the mission to infiltrate Mikado, Dominique soon was spotted in Edge with Sion at FATE. Because of this, Kou was ordered to get a full body tattoo to help fit in on Dog Street with his surveillance activities.
Applying as a bouncer at FATE, the recession didn't help at all, as Boss didn't have enough money on his payroll for the position. Attending as a regular, Kou showed some goodwill and also helped keep roughhousers in line, and because of this, Dominique also helped negotiate things to help get Kou in as a bouncer for the bar.
The Bouncer tetralogy[]
LUKIS pretty much functioned the same way as in the game.
Leann employed Kou to chase after "the target," after he was employed as a bouncer. They soon received word of Mikado's abduction of Dominique, and it ordered Kou to follow Sion and Volt to Mikado. It also owned the Orage and its fleet of fighter jets. Thanks to Leann's hacking and Kou's radio signals, they followed Mikado's inner workings, even slowing down the Galeos; even Echidna was surprised it knew of the satellite launch! Unlike the game, Leann didn't inform Kou of the Galeos separating.
It appeared again in the Yakuza saga as Leann and the Orage was involved with the neo-Yakuza. Even giving her a newer jet after her ship was shot down. Leann also downloaded hacked data from Mikado of cloning and reviving the Yakuza, even the Biolizard.
