Leann Caldwell is a character from The Bouncer.
Leann Caldwell works for LUKIS, the same company that employs Kou Leifoh. She serves as his contact and helps him get classified info on the Mikado Group. She received a promotion for her performance during a mission that she and Kou went on together, during which Kou distracted the enemy security forces and bought Leann time to escape. As a result, she owes him a date.

The Bouncer tetralogy[]
Leann was first seen typing on her laptop as she was watching a newsbreak of Mikado's new solar-powered satellite. She was also analyzing "the target" and receiving permission to eliminate her, Dominique, if necessary. As his CEO from LUKIS, she instructed Kou to disguise himself with the tiger tattoos to blend in as a bouncer for the bar, Fate, and spy on the target, then rescue her from Mikado. She described to Kou of Mikado's LSD cargo train leaving in 30 mins, then she boarded her own fighter jet, the Orage, and disabled the train's breaks, putting the main trio in danger!
She was mentioned again as she gave Kou data of Mikado's Special Forces communication as Kou disguised himself as one of the Mooks. She then caught up to him as the Bouncers boarded an Air-Carrier and LUKIS was trying to slow down the Galeos! The ship advanced over Earth and began its massive destruction using the satellite! She then congratulated Kou on defeating Dauragon and saving the world, even saving Dominique instead of killing her. She offered Kou to give him his requested vacation if a replacement can be found, but he had a change of heart. Leann met up with Kou at the central plaza to fight him, proving to Kou he can continue his assignment and restoring his faith within LUKIS.
She was seen again as she was being ganged up on by the neo-Yakuza at the train station till Echidna and Ayame saved her. She offered to give them her ship, the Orage, searching for Kou at Mikado; she was skeptical on Ayame's ability on using her ki sense. The women were ambushed by the Yakuza's Kamikaze jets, making them stranded at the hanging garden, then defeated an experimental Biolizard. Kou then turned on Leann before the women were trapped! She alerted LUKIS and the hackers gave her intel on Mikado's new mind-controlling method by altering the Gator Cortex in the brain designed for instinct, hunger, etc. After another win over the Biolizard, she met up with Chiaotzu removing the microchips from the 3 Bouncers, as the building was collapsing! The women escaped to the Lookout, and later Leann was picked up by another LUKIS ship. She did become stern for Kou's betrayal; however, since it wasn't under his will, after spying on the Yakuza, he won't be terminated. Goten then begged her to have a date with Kou which she assured maybe next time she will.

- Wendee Lee plays Leann as well as PD-4 for The Bouncer.
- Leann's close affiliation with Kou can be similar to Faye's role with Spike's, as Wendee plays both Leann and Faye, while Steven J. Blum plays Kou and Spike! Coincidentally both the Bouncer and Cowboy Bebop were released in the US in 2001.
