This is the unofficial name for the main mountain base in which the heroes use in the animated series, Mortal Kombat: Defenders of the Realm.
High atop a secret base built into the top of a giant mesa on an Indian reservation, our heroes (consisting of Raiden, Liu Kang, Sonya Blade, Kitana, Sub-Zero, Kurtis Stryker, Nightwolf, Kiba, and Jax Briggs) monitor Earth's situation.

The top secret, MK Headquarters is only accessible only via subterranean tunnels and aquifers. The elaborate facility is a paradoxical blend of crude volcanic stone and space-age technology. In the main cavern, a bubbling lava pit provides warmth (and the ever-present Mortal Kombat-style of unearthly lighting and ambiance and essential to the unique look of the series). With their massive computers incongruously built into the crude stone, satellite links, and all manner of high-tech equipment, our group is able to monitor the occurrences of dimensional rips.
Their mission is simple: when alerted to a possible threat, be it in Outworld, on Earth, or another realm, our heroes are called upon to defend the Earth and drive the Outworlders and others back into their own realms.
Mortal Kombat: Shaolin Monks, Part II[]
The base was showcased only in this fic. After the successful victory against the Saurian stragglers, the heroes boarded their Dragon Jets taking a couple new Kombatants, Kung Lao and Aiko Krackle, to their hideout. While most of the heroes were stationed in the main chamber, Kung Lao, Aiko, Kiba and Nightwolf were in a desolate chamber walking her thru her first meditation session; she and Lao were testing out their Animalities as a way against Kahn and his forces. Aiko recalled her past self, around 6 years, when she was dragged away from her friends and the base soon after the Outworld insurrection. Asgaarth stayed, but only for a short period. Meanwhile, Stryker was looking over the surveillance and there hadn't been any activity near Kahn's Keep for a week. He and Raiden reluctantly gave everyone a week's reprieve before they should return. Sadly, during the first day, the Emperor resurrected Sindel with help from the demon sorcerers, Shang and Quan, as well as the Shadow Priests, thus initiating the invasion of Earthrealm and the emergence of his Fortress! The assaults and the sudden emergence resulted in the base being flooded, destroying all electronics and cutting off contact! Nightwolf decided to stay at the Wu Shi Academy as his new home, while the Dragon Jets were still in possession of the Kombatants.
