Mega Man X Maverick select
Maverick, known as Irregular (イレギュラー Iregyurā) in Japan, is a term from the Mega Man franchise with varying meaning, generally being used for Reploids and Mechaniloids that are active threats to the safety of humans and other Reploids. The antagonists of the Mega Man X series are all recognized as Mavericks, while in the Mega Man Zero series characters unjustly labelled as Mavericks are allies. The term is also used for wild machines in the Mega Man ZX series.

As Jet was looking thru profiles on Trudy's pad, he was fascinated with them, especially how the Reploids, particularly X and Zero, dealt with Mavericks and the various wars. There were also some flashbacks during the Repliforce Wars as Zero recalled the losses of General, Colonel and Iris.
