Mei Lee's Birthday is a fanfiction short by MarioFan65. The short is based on Turning Red as the short is set after the events of the film with Mei Lee celebrating her birthday with a surprise visit from 4*Town with a song performance for her birthday. It was released on July 31, 2023.

(In Toronto in the Lee's family house, a teenage girl with red hair wake up in her room as he comb her hair, brush her teeth in the bathroom and transform to a red panda to clean herself and shake the water off her in the shower as well transforming back to her human form. She walks downstairs to the living and see a big surprise from her family, realizing it's her birthday.)

Everyone: Surprise!
Mei: Whoa. What is going on here?
Ming: Happy birthday Mei.
Mei: What? It's my birthday? Oh my gosh! *hug her family* You guys are the best family I could ever imagine. *grab some presents* Thanks for the presents.
Jin: We got you a cake as well.
Wu: *open the cake with strawberry flavor* It got strawberries on top.
Mei: Strawberries? Nice.
Mr. Gao: You make a wish come true since turning to a big red panda.
Chen: You are wonderful.
Ping: Unique.
Helen: One of a kind.
Lily: And courage.
Mei: This is all I could get from you guys. But what about my friends?
Ming: We brought some friends on the way. *open the door to reveal Mei's friends over*
Miriam, Priya and Abby: Happy birthday Mei!
Mei: Hey! My girls! What's up?
Miriam: Happy birthday, birthday girl.
Priya: You go girl. You know what you get.
Abby: Still the biggest 4*Town fangirl we could ever get.
Mei: It's so good to celebrate a special day on the day of your birth.
Priya: It's a very special day cause, the day you were born, you are brought into the world.
Miriam: My biggest birthday yet when I was finishing fifth grade.
Abby: You even get to eat a lot of cake and snacks.
Mei: Like chips and pretzels. Yeah. I like it.
Ming: Ever since the incident at the concert, we brought in some guests for you guys to come and perform a song.
Mei: Did they know? Are they coming over to grab a slice of cake and tell what we did during the fight in the concert?
Ming: It's a secret. It's a priority and it's a privilege for your offer and what you really wanna get for your birthday.
