Mewtwo (ミュウツー, Myuutsuu) is a Psychic-type Legendary Pokémon introduced in Generation I. It was created using Mew's DNA.
It can Mega Evolve into either Mega Mewtwo X or Mega Mewtwo Y by using the respective Mewtwonite X or Mewtownite Y on it. Mega Mewtwo X adds an additional Fighting-type to it.

Mewtwo was Akari's mentor, even taking her in and teaching her to live on the Frontier. New Island became sort of a base to them, especially since the defective CPU was the gateway to Mainframe. His clones were great warriors too, even when he was personally involved since the Web War; he rebooted for the first time as Beerus, let his rage loose to the point on being sedated until the voyage in the Web, and regretted on not saving Enzo till he had his chance during the system crash! He too led the Smashers to victory after his training session with Ness was disrupted and assisted Samus and Master Hand against Daemon herself!
For years, he remained as the caretaker of all of Akari's Pokémon till he recruited her again, only to reunite their forces and train Porygon to decimate the Trojan Megabyte and Gnosis!
Ikran's Lost OoT/Pokemon crossover[]
Mewtwo was a mentor to Zelda II, even teaching her to live on the frontier! Everyone was transported to Hyrule, while Mewtwo was unable to find most of his comrades, even when Ganon ruled over! He was powerless and did everything he could to help the Pokémon adapt while Link and the Trainer slept for several years... He was finally found as he traced a dark aura emanating from the destined Hero of Time, who was brainwashed by the Gerudo! His telepathy knocked him out and restored his memories, even blocked the Gerudos' charm. However, he couldn't penetrate thru the dark auras in the Spirit Temple. He was soon imprisoned in Ganon's Castle till the barriers were down and sensed the Fairy Fountain that enhanced Link's stamina. He then helped the hero and princess to recover after the final battle.
He was still a mentor to the two main saviors of Hyrule and became one of Rauru's guardians. Soon his replacement as the Light Sage after the Imprisonment War.
