Mido is a character in Ocarina of Time. He is the moody leader of the Kokiri.
Ikran's Lost OoT/Pokemon crossover[]
Mido was of course the bossy kid of the Kokiri, always acting like the leader and being jealous of Link since he's Saria's best friend and loyal to the Great Deku Tree. He always goes by the "no fairy" excuse to intimidate him. And he was no different as Navi came to be, and he belittled him on never getting a sword and shield. Luckily, Link was able to find the Deku Shield and the Kokiri Sword to prove him wrong. He allowed him access to the Great Deku Tree Meadow, only to have it be infested with a few monsters.
Mido remorsing over his behavior as he reunited with Link at the Lost Woods
Mido didn't hesitate to force him out of the forest calling him a murderer to the Great Deku Tree. Seven years later, he was seen at the Lost Woods, in the passage just before the Sacred Forest Meadow, disallowing him. Luckily, he played Saria's Song which caused Mido to hesitate and remember "him," after proving he was one of Saria's friends. By the time he saw Navi and recognized Link and Zelda II, he started to tear up and remorse all the horrible things he told Link in the past! He wanted to save Saria and the forest, though she disappeared, and he had been waiting for her. Link then offered Mido to protect the forest with his childhood weapons (Kokiri Sword, Deku Shield, Boomerang, and Fairy Slingshot). Mido became grateful and depended on the duo to bring Saria back.
Once they were done with the Forest Temple, they left the Deku Tree Meadow, and the forest was restoring itself thanks to the new Deku Sprout. Mido actually ordered the kids to make a meal for the heroes before leaving, and he realized they must save the world surrounding the forest in order to preserve peace in it. He wished them to tell Saria he's sorry for everything, even mistreating Link. Then he cheered for the new saviors of the forest, along with the Pokémon and children!
Brought Together, Torn Apart[]
It was stated by Saria that Mido seems to have changed his ways on treating the Kokiri; ever since she completed her duties as the Sage of Forest during Ganon's regime, she had some time at the forest, and eventually decided to fall for Mido. Her smooches seemed to make him blush and become more bashful, as red as a Mad Scrub, she said.
