Mike the TV is a living appliance living in Mainframe, who spends most of his time annoying anyone he encounters. He is actually so annoying, his remote control ran away, so there's no way of turning him off even if someone wanted to. Mike runs the local news network giving reports on any event happening in the city. Most people simply call him Mike. When Bob moved to town the two lived together in Eight-Ball Apartments in Kits Sector. Mike is constantly advertising useless products to Bob, such as the Bucket-O'Nothing for only 99.99.99. Mike is also afraid of flying.

Akari and her Pokémon always HATE Mike!! He was first encountered as he, Akari, Dot, Bob and Enzo were trapped in a Warriors and Wizards Game, with him as "the Mighty Warrior!" She and her Rock-Types helped traverse thru the Game and always threw rocks and stones at him to shut him up! By the time they got to the Chalice, Mike WASN'T the one who got it, but rather Steelix, after Onix evolved from Akari's Metal Coat! He was left in self-pity after that. He was seen at times throughout the series, but his most asinine role was when he was exchanged from Bob by Hex as he was caught in a Zoom Room loading to the Super Computer. He was Daemon's first catch and can't stop worshipping her! Even when he led a choir of Guardian Sentries, much to Game & Watch's annoyance! He was also proven a threat, according to Akari, as he'd unveil weaknesses and act like a spy for Daemon to have the advantage!
Mike then reunited with Matrix and Mouse after they'd been infected, and with the hacker's skills, they easily infiltrated thru Mainframe's defenses. Samus intervened and challenged Daemon to a tourney to determine the fate of the entire Net. Daemon's first challenger was indeed Mike, as Samus mistakenly underestimated him as she chose Luigi! Mike was a little threatening as he kept using a loudspeaker to intimidate him, even use a few punches! Mario took over despite the humiliation and easily decimated the annoying appliance! By the time Dot asked Bob to marry her, Mike interrupted the tender moment, and Akari sucker punched him which resulted in static! She screamed she wished he'd never survive the System Crash as she ranted how incompetent most of the heroes were. It's possible Mike didn't survive Megabyte and Gnosis' dominance.
