Molly Thomas is a main character, Witness and the daughter of Special Agent Diana Thomas. After a fainting spell at school, her mother had her checked out by doctors. The doctors said that she had transient aphasia which is where a person can't read, talk or write for a brief period of time. It was later revealed that the affliction was caused when Abbie Mills died, and the essence of her soul merged with Molly's. When Molly first saw Ichabod, she was instantly cured.
The Demon from within[]
Molly only made a few small appearances, such as copying her printout of the Devil's Trap and giving it to Gavin after he accidentally shred his own copy while being possessed by Lolita, She also advised the team that he must be exorcised from the inside and have a strong bond to help him have enough strength to survive it being he's fragile in body and mind. She also visited Gavin's apartment to check on him, relieved he was well, albeit weak from the ordeal.
Molly, along with Ichabod, had a nightmare of a typhoon hitting London, as well as a demon mating Rosemary thus birthing his son, Adrian, and finding the Satanists in the underbelly of Sleepy Hollow.
Sleepy Hollow, the Missing Episodes[]
Molly was first seen undecided on whether or not she wanted to still have the Witness mantle with Ichabod and Diana before they were summoned to deal with the Kraken; she also was the first-person Ichabod saw after he came to after the monster's thrall.
Ichabod then gave Molly the pendant that once belonged to Katrina, which protected her from the Diafol Galon's spell on attacking Lara's astral form, minimizing the effects. She thanked Ichabod for lending her the charm; it was implied he was expecting that Molly'd be in danger, as well as seeing the upcoming Rapture.
Molly soon went on a vacation during spring break visiting Sleepy Hollow, and Jenny was her guide, before they saw Leon break away from Gavin's body and ascend to Heaven. When the Rapture started, Molly knew the lunar eclipse was affecting the world, and she lost her dad, due to being shot by an ISIS radical. She mourned for him, though she was ready as she gifted Jake and Alex her super soaker with holy water suggested by her. Gavin also informed her that her former idol, Logan MacDonald's the incarnate of the Horseman of Pestilence, and she wasn't too alarmed as if she knew. She also noticed the seven sacred Virtues, as she drew the Crystal and saw its abilities. She eventually met up with her future self, Lara, and wasn't too alarmed; she was also gifted half of her essence from the virtue, Temperance, protecting both from Famine's influence. She felt so emotional as she found out Ichabod won't win over Death, and she was forced to stay in the Vault with Chief Falcolor as Team Witness fought with Death, ventured thru Hell, and restored the world after defeating Lucifer.
She was then bestowed as a Witness in training, and she was free to decide whether or not she can wield the mantle, while Jenny and Gavin became Future Witnesses, successors to Ichabod and Lara, and still be her mentors.

Visions of Valentines[]
It was mentioned she was still in school, though she skipped to eighth grade, as Team Witness hung at the Vault for Valentine's Day while discussing with Sam's experiences dealing with Famine.

Paradise - Molly's Song[]
There was a songfic Ikran made of that same name, in which Gavin sang for Molly as the new Witness, the Coldplay song was dedicated to her, and Lara, on their struggles as Witnesses and making the world a better place like Paradise.
Trivia[]
- Molly's tribal pseudonym, received by Chief Turgado in her 11th birthday, she was named Canny Cub; her future self was named Canny Cougar. She was a young, talented heroine behind the scenes, and related to her mom named Sworn Lioness.
