Mr. Popo (ミスター・ポポ 'Misutā Popo') is an assistant deity who serves as the attendant to Earth's Guardian. He also tends the grounds of the Lookout. Although he is bound there eternally as the gardener and caretaker, he can instantaneously travel anywhere in the world when the occasion calls for it by using a magic carpet.

Mr. Popo was first seen at the Lookout with Dende while Shenron was summoned.
In the Yakuza Saga, he had a significant role as Krillin, 18, Dominique and Wong arrived at the Lookout escaping from the neo-Yakuza. He showed them the rounds, and Dominique was fascinated with the place, even at the garden where it stays temperate all year round! He was the assuring type during the stressful battles.
