Mugetsu is a character from The Bouncer.
Mugetsu was the subject of experiments that gave him enhanced strength and agility at the cost of his sanity. Dauragon C. Mikado sent him to kidnap Dominique, leading Sion Barzahd, Volt Krueger, and Kou Leifoh to chase after him and try to rescue her. Mugetsu and his Special Forces unit attacked them in the garden in front of Dauragon's mansion and tried to lure Sion into a trap in the Mikado Group's headquarters, but they were defeated both times.
Mugetsu, filled with homicidal rage after his last two losses, attacked the bouncers once more as they pursued Dauragon and Dominique in an Air-Carrier, removing his mask and laughing maniacally as he threatened to butcher them all. They managed to knock him off the Air-Carrier, and he was burned by flames from the afterburners of the Galeos. His body was thrown by the fiery wave into the open ocean.

The Mikado Saga[]
Of course, he was the leader of Mikado's Special Forces, as pointed out by Volt on several occasions, and he was the culprit that kidnapped Dominique, twice! He was first encountered at the Hanging Garden, and the trio of Bouncers took him out and his henchmen no problem. They eventually had a rematch with him at the executive floor at the Mikado Building assisted by Goten, Trunks, and Ayame; the assassin was beyond flabbergasted as the Z-Fighters mimicked his vanishing abilities, before he was taken out again, albeit without his goggles. He then came back a 3rd time after Dominique collapsed from her sporadic actions wiping out the 5 PD-4s, then he kidnapped her, along with the Dragon Ball, again and taken to the Galeos! The last showdown started after he took off his mask, raced of the ship, and intruded the Air-Carrier. He hysterically cackled he shall wipe out Kou and Sion while Volt was piloting the ship. He was so close to pulling Sion down with him, till the Saiyan kids and Ayame did a Triple Kamehameha Wave which forced the crazed maniac off and into his demise as his body was scorched by the Galeos' boosters!

- Mugetsu as a boss in The Bouncer, particularly his unhinged form, was chosen as one of Ikran's favorite normal bosses.
