The Orage Aircraft are used by the LUKIS fleet, particularly its head officer, Leann Caldwell.
The Bouncer tetralogy[]
The Orage pretty much functions the same way as in the game.
Leann first mentioned it to Kou as she'll assist him in the Orage while he chased after "the target," Dominique, as he and the Bouncers would board the Mikado Cargo Train. It was first seen when it soared toward the train and began shooting a volley of bullets disabling the brakes! It then flew off, although Ayame wasn't ready to take her chances chasing after it.
The second time was when Leann and LUKIS were chasing after the Galeos and were involved in a dogfight. She commandeered Kou to board the new Air-Carrier to get onboard the shuttle.
The third time was when Leann landed near the train station to search for Kou, only to be attacked by the neo-Yakuza. Echidna and Ayame came to her aid, and she enlisted her help as they soared to Mikado, following the dark ki sensed by Ayame with Leann in disbelief. It wasn't long before it was involved in a lethal dogfight against Kamikazes! The ladies had to bail, even Ayame on the Nimbus, and became stranded in the Hanging Garden!
