Plan Dracula (Alternate Reality Story)

Confederate President Edwin Reagan meets with his General Staff, asks them to activate Plan Dracula (i.e. putting the stake through the heart of the monster) and ready the attack on the United States. Plan Dracula was a three pronged attack to divide the US in at least 2, if not 3 pieces by striking directly at its industrial heartland.  Confederacy orders full mobilization. Confederate Congress declares War on the US and its Allies the next day.
