Port Town (ポートタウン; Port Town) is famously known as an intergalactic trades center and is the home of the bounty hunter and F-Zero racer, Captain Falcon, who lives off the coast on a chain of islands. Port Town's architecture is marked by towering skyscrapers and pyramid-shaped office buildings, and the town is bordered by mountains. A giant construction robot that looks like R.O.B. in Famicom colors can be seen in the background on top of two buildings in F-Zero GX.
The 26th century is dominated by intense competition between planets for profitable interstellar trade. Due to this competition, other planets have invested huge fortunes in the creation of massive space harbors to increase traffic; Earth's answer to this resulted in the creation of the Port Town space harbor. The Port Town space harbor has been built with the newest technological and aesthetic refinements in mind. This multilayered structure is centered around a massive structure towering three miles above the ground and is the largest space harbor in the universe.

It's most likely the place can be in Planet Nintae.
This was one of the most iconic venues in the timeline, especially since this happens to be Tinsel's favorite, nostalgic place in the universe! Port Town was love at first sight, ever since she first encountered it in the Queen League. While she was unable to race in the King League course, she still stops by and looks at the dazzling landscape and starry sky from time to time. It was so special, that Rick first encountered Falcon there, even his first F-Zero race! Tinsel even wanted to show Rick the place, ever since the cruise featuring Kate Alen's concert.
They both took in the scenery after Dr. Theodore Clash passed on. She was also abducted by Zoda, and one of the mega corporations was invaded by Dark Million, taking a large Robo for their Reactor prototype. Then she froze Zoda before he was able to shoot Rick, and Rick shattered his body! This was also the home of Falcon's Fortress, ever since Tinsel first encountered the Blue Falcon after 12 years! Yugi/Yami and Joey also visited and they vowed to keep it secret, that was till Rick was trained by Falcon there, to use the Booster Fire technique, and even surpassed his mentor! Tinsel also encountered James McCloud, the scoundrel that taught her how to take longer leaps in her machine, and he was apprehended by the Galactic Federation.
Since Falcon's sacrifice, Rick received the mantle and the Fortress itself! He even took his 1st bounty-hunting mission here, even preventing the T-Virus pandemic to be widespread!
He and Tinsel wished to live there permanently. So much so, that Rick made a surprise appearance on Valentine's Day and he proposed to her. She accepted and they soon made the Fortress their permanent quarters after their stellar wedding and honeymoon!
It's quite possible that since Port Town is an advanced space port, the Guardians might settle down there. Rocket may find another of his kind, and Gamora hopes to find a living space that'll at least house two people, or six at most. Tinsel also pointed out to Rick that several Genomes, monkey-like humanoids, live in the distant isles inside the treehouses across the harbor! They unveiled that Kuja and Garland almost put them into extinction as they destroyed Planet Terra. Fortunately the lot of them, including Zidane, escaped and prospered in Planet Gaia, then imported to Nintae centuries later from 1800! They also admired Billy before he passed as he reached a decade old.
