Poseidon is the god of the sea in Greek mythology. He appears in several episodes of Disney's Animated Myths and Legends, in which he is voiced by Jim Cummings.
Biography[]
Poseidon is the son of the Titan Cronus and brother of Zeus. He became ruler of the ocean after drawing lots with Zeus and Hades; after he received the sea, Zeus claimed the sky and Hades claimed the underworld..
Appearance and personality[]
Poseidon takes on the form of a muscular, middle-aged man with brown hair, a beard, sea green eyes and fair skin. He sports a sea green toga and sandals on his feet.
