The Proto Nano Gauntlet is a piece of nano-technology prototype created by Kang the Conqueror, John Charles and Gina Xenson that was designed to contain and allow the user to channel the powers of the Infinity Stones in a manner similar to the Infinity Gauntlet. The Proto Nano Gauntlet is right-handed, while the original Gauntlet was left-handed.

The Nano Gauntlet was created by Kang the Conqueror, John Charles and Gina Xenson to allow Mordecai, Rigby, Randy Cunningham, Howard Weinerman, Zak, Zoe, Gabriela Pertuz, Iso, Flint, Haechi, Web-Warriors, Amazing Avengers, Team Ben 10, Dan Zembrovsky, Troll Moko, Amanda Highborn, CuRT, BuRT and Secret Warriors to utilize the six Infinity Stones they had gathered during their Time Heist to bring the snapped victims back. Once Kang the Conqueror, John Charles and Gina Xenson inserted each of the Stones into the Proto Nano Gauntlet, the Unified Heroes debated over who should use the gauntlet. It was decided that Kang the Conqueror would wield it since the stones' energy.
When wielded by Kang the Conqueror, the gauntlet reshaped itself to fit his hand. The Unified Heroes deployed defenses to withstand any potential unprecedented consequences caused by the Stones' power.
Kang the Conqueror then equipped the gauntlet and the six Stones' power surged through his arm as he struggled to put his finger and thumb together. Eventually, he succeeded in snapping his fingers and reversed the Snap, at the cost of his right arm being severely charred from the Stones' power and the glove being scorched and damaged.
