Rayman is the main protagonist of the video game series of the same name, created by Ubisoft game designer Michel Ancel. He made his first appearance in 1995 on the Atari Jaguar, Sony PlayStation, Sega Saturn, and MS-DOS.
Rayman was originally created in the early 1990s by French video game developer Michel Ancel. The character made his debut in the original Rayman game, published by Ubisoft in 1995.
