Usagi "Chibiusa" Tsukino (Rini in the DiC and Cloverway English versions) is one of the central characters in the Sailor Moon series. She is the daughter of Usagi (Serena in the original English dub) and Mamoru (Darien in the original English dub) from the future. She has the Luna Ball.
She is also a Sailor Guardian, Sailor Chibi Moon. When she first appears, she is a small child from the 30th century who visits the past to seek help from the series' primary heroines, the Sailor Senshi. She later returns a few years older in order to train as a Sailor Guardian herself, Sailor Chibi Moon (Sailor Mini Moon in the Cloverway English dub).
But in the 20th century, she goes by the name Chibiusa Tsukino (Rini Tsukino in the original English dub). She is given her nickname by Mamoru Chibi in the manga and Usagi in the anime in order to differentiate from the older Usagi Tsukino, Sailor Moon. The nickname is a diminutive of her given name, Usagi (or Serena in the original dub). In her own time period, she is always called Little Lady (or Small Lady).
Chibiusa does not transform into Sailor Chibi Moon in the first movie (as this was before she became a Sailor Scout), but she does in the other two. However, in the third, in which she is the deuteragonist, she is among the children who are taken onto Poupelin's gondola for the wicked Queen Badiane.
In one episode, she got cavities from eating ice cream. She then got scared of visiting Juban Dentistry along with Sailor Moon. Their mom forced them to go there immediately. The episode had her first crying attack while GariGari cleans her and Sailor Moon’s teeth. PallaPalla is the owner of her own dental clinic.
Following the battle with Queen Nehelenia, Chibiusa returns to the future for good and is never seen again.
In the manga, the Amazoness Quartet, who were Queen Nehellenia's minions, were revealed that they were actually meant to be the Sailor Quartet, Sailor Chibi Moon's own Sailor team who were actually brainwashed by Queen Nehellenia. Following the battle, they returned to the future with Chibiusa, but later, the Sailor Quartet and Chibiusa returned to assist the Sailor Senshi during the final battle against Sailor Galaxia.
She too has a dark adult form named Black Lady.

- Ikran always had mixed feelings on Chibi Moon. At first it was disdain how she used to be obsessed with Tuxedo Mask, ironically churning into a dark traitor like him. But she might be on the fence since Chibi mostly relates to her Mortal Kombat OC, Aiko Krackle.
- Mostly since she and Chibi are related to the rabbit; Chibi's associated with the moon rabbit, they both have longevity, and Aiko has that zodiac sign. As does Ikran herself.
- Aiko can relate to Chibi since the former's name means young one, and she was also a lost time traveler sent into the distant past. even to train as a warrior.
- Ikran can also relate to the moon rabbit since one of her all-time favorite Pokémon is Umbreon, and especially loving the Dark-Types, even umbrakinetics.
- Ikran and her OCs can relate to Chibi Moon due to staying younger than their age.
- She too can relate to Chibi, and her OCs and Tails, they're astraphobics.
- Chibi likes red just like Gavin and Aiko do.
