The Search for the Star Maps was an operation executed by Revan and his student Malak in their search of the Star Maps, which could lead them to the Rakatan Star Forge.[2]
Revan and Malak visited the Rakatan ruins on Dantooine, the Rakatan ruins on Tatooine, the Builder Forge on Kashyyyk, the Hrakert Rift on Manaan, and the Tomb of Naga Sadow on Korriban. They finally acquired the location of the Star Forge in the Lehon system.[2]
The Jedi stationed at the Jedi Enclave on Dantooine were unaware that Revan and Malak traveled to the Rakatan ruins nearby, and the mission remained unknown to the Jedi Order until an amnesiac Revan, being retrained in the ways of the Force, was sent to the Rakatan ruins as a Jedi trial.[2]
