Sewing with Mio! is the fourth episode of Full Moon's Full Pokemon Journey.
Summary[]
Mio is terrified when a group of Patrat surround her, until a lone Sewaddle arrives and shields Mio, much to her shock, but Sewaddle can't do this all by herself, will she be able to defend Mio in time?

- Afterschool Teatime reunites with Ui and Jun, while Mitsuki, Ash, Dawn and Madoka meet them for the first time.
- Mio is revealed to have caught a Pidove.
- Mio catches a Sewaddle.
- Mio's Pidove is revealed to know Air Slash and Protect.
- Ui is revealed to own a Clefairy.
- Jun is revealed to own a Lillpup.
- During a flashback, it reveals several things:
- Ui reveals that she had evolved her Clefairy from a Cleffa, to which she had recieved it from an Egg until later hatching.
- Yui is revealed to have caught a Goomy, which has since evolved all the way into a Goodra.
- Madoka's Espurr evolves into Meowstic and learns Psychic and Protect.
- Ui and Jun both join the group.
