Stewart Gilligan Griffin (スチュアート・ギリガン・グリフィン, Suchuāto Girigan Gurifin), a.k.a. "Stewie" (スチューウィー, Suchūwī) is a one-year-old scientist and genius who plans to use his inventions to help people. He is the son of Peter Griffin and Lois Pewterschmidt Griffin. He is also the youngest of three siblings, as his older sister is named Meg and older brother is named Chris. He also has two dogs: a White Lab named Brian, and his son who appears to be a cross between a German Shepard and an Italian Greyhound (though is one sixteenth cat) named Vinny, who were both robot dogs during their debut in Flame Icejin: The New Frontier.

More commonly known as "Stu" (スチュー, Suchū), he is a sixteen-year-old boy genius from Quahog, Rhode Island. He attends Calvin Q. Calculus High School at Pokey Oaks County. He has a tutor, Neil Nissim (who is actually the Missing Link in disguise). He was once killed by Dianne Simmons in revenge for murdering her fifteen years ago, which saddened many members of his family, including Brian and Vinny (who were then robot dogs designated as BRI-N and VIN-E, and away on a camping trip). It was then that Hisui Diamond used her healing tears to resurrect him, and he tried to stop Dianne from taking over. However, Dianne was shot and killed again, this time by Stu's mother, Lois, who told her to keep away from her son and family. Afterwards, Stu and his friend Susie Swanson joined the Torrentuff Animals in the final battle against Aku.
Sometime later, Stu, BRI-N and VIN-E traveled back in time to find the Corona Aurora and its five jewels, so they would make history. The mission was eventually successful, and the crown was used to transform BRI-N and VIN-E into real dogs, as well as revive them after they sacrificed themselves as KNS to stop Chilled, Frieza's ancestor. However, he was still needed in the New Frontier timeline to aide in the fight against Queen Beryl and the Negaverse, with a little help from a young prince and a reformed enemy. Afterwards, he had reunited with his long lost twin brother, Dave Griffin, and together, Stu combined his science with Dave's magic to save the Equestrian city of Ponyville.
After the mission was completed, Stu, Dave, Brian, Vinny and New Brian were able to return home to the future. However, sometime later, Stu and his dogs were needed once again, this time, with the aide of a timelord's traveling device, the TARDIS, and stop an unthinkable event from happening. With that done, time had rewritten itself, and the accident that nearly claimed his dog's life never happened. Now as Stewie again, he is reliving his former life with his dog and family, and eventually gained another dog, Vinny, whom Brian had raised as a son...
