T.J. Tiger is the youngest nephew/little brother of Tyg Tiger. He is the youngest member of the Shirt Tales Gang just like Kip's. He came to Oak Tree Park to pay his uncle a visit, and immediately began causing all kinds of mischief. He also hit it off with Kip Kangaroo, and the two young animals eventually went for a ride in a hot air balloon. Digger witnessed this, and saw a thunderstorm brewing. He alerted the rest of the Shirt Tales, but they could do nothing to save them. T.J, however, was able to get himself and Kip out of harm's way, and later apologized for his behavior, claiming he never intended to put Kip in danger. Instead of berating him, Tyg told T.J. he was proud of him, and declared him an honorary Shirt Tale. After this, T.J. headed back home. He has a huge crush on Kip.
