The big cheese, or The Chief, of the Galaxy Mobile Platoon, if not the entire Mute City police department. A stern fellow with a passion for justice, the chief expects the best from the Platoon and is rarely disappointed, though director John Tanaka can test his patience at times.
He's usually seen briefly in the anime, excepting the finale.
Ikran's F-Zero timeline[]
The Commissioner isn't seen very often, mostly has minor roles involving with the Mobile Task Force.
However, he has made a brief appearance in Ending it All after the Aeropolis race, as he depended on Tinsel and Rick to reunitw the Task Force in one piece and as their normal selves. Later on, in To Be Married and Loved, he was invited along with John Tanaka in charge of security.
In the second deleted Lap, The Commissioner noticed Rick dragging his feet into his office. He nodded for him to enter and Rick confessed he killed Dr. Clash, even though the alien noticed in the Mute City race he never fought back, as if he asked for it. He was also aware the Task Force has been corrupt by Black Shadow since Tinsel and Leon won the Aeropolis race! As Rick surrendered and teared up to be taken in by his own sins, the Commissioner encouraged for him to redeem himself by reuniting the team, as the family and the galaxy depends on it. As grief and isery invites for more sadness. His words eventually touched Rick's heart, as he had a job to save the universe and remaining family they had left...
