Spores: The Remedy is a fanfiction episode of R.L. Stine's The Haunting Hour by LDEJRuff, acting as a sequel to the Season Four episode, "Spores".
Summary[]
It's been months since the Dixel family has gone missing since their hike at Lookout Point National Park. But when the family of Melvin's friend, Samantha, decides to hike on their own, they may learn that survival might not be for the fittest, especially if there's a fungus spreading in the forest. Little does Sam know that she has something that can cure the lost hikers.
Plot[]
2 months later after Melvin (William Ainscough) disappeared, a student named Samantha (Gracie Dzienny) is worried that Melvin is not at school. She finds out that he went missing at Lookout Point National Park. (Opening Credits)
She and her family are there but she doesn't want to go. So her family go in without her. However, they are infected with Spores by ranger Jackson except Samantha. (Commercial Break)
She finds out that they can't stand mustard and manages to cure Melvin. Melvin tells her everything about the Spores. They manage to cure Jack Jr. but are captured by the other victims. (Commercial Break)
They find out that Jackson was their leader for a lot of years and attempts to infect them with the Spores but they spray him with mustard, killing him. The 2 families have the place condemned but unknown to them, the rival officals get infected with the Spores. (End Credits) (Light em up by fall-out boy plays during the credits).
