The Lookout (神様の神殿 Kami-sama no Shinden, lit. "God's Temple") is an ancient platform that is in geostationary orbit in the skies of Earth, and directly above Korin Tower in the Dragon Ball series; for some time, Korin Tower and The Lookout were connected by the Power Pole. Events occurring on the Earth can be observed from here and can sense battles in the universe. Kami is the first God of Earth seen to possess The Lookout and it starts to be referred to as Kami's Lookout. But after Kami merged with Piccolo, Dende took over, technically making it Dende's Lookout.
It is located in the Heavenly Realm, and is connected to the Divine Sage Realm where the Sacred Water is located. The Divine Sage Realm is where the graves of the previous guardians of Earth are located, and is located at the bottom of the Heavenly Realm.

The Bouncer tetralogy[]
It was first seen in the Mikado Saga when Ayame reunited the Dragon Balls and summoned Shenron. It was mostly seen in the Yakuza Saga, as Krillin and 18 escorted Wong and Dominique to their haven from the neo-Yakuza. Wong recovered and the 2 characters were impressed by the garden, climate, and inhabitants especially the Guardian, Dende. The heroes watched the Earth as the neo-Yakuza kept on increasing, even when the Bouncers got brainwashed, and Dauragon was destroyed! Chiaotzu arrived along with Ayame, Echidna and Leann. Then the fallen Bouncers, and soon Goten, Trunks and Gohan. The 3 Bouncers recovered thanks to Dende's healing abilites and the Sacred Water. Even Videl showed off Echidna of her flying skills. A LUKIS jet met Leann and took her home since her Orage was destroyed. Echidna announced to Volt she's expecting, and Ayame received news her family was killed by the Yakuza, then accepting the Bouncers and Z Fighters as her new family.
