Time Wizard at the Meteor Stream course
The Time Wizard is a Level 2 Light/Spell Card primarily used by Joey in conjunction with his Baby Dragon, to transform it into the Thousand Dragon. It was also used once to reverse time and activate an airship in the Virtual World.

It was used once in conjunction with Baby Dragon to transform into the Thousand Dragon. Joey activated it over the Fake Star race to power up his Thousand Dragon and unleash its fury onto the sniper blimp Pico devised. Tinsel used it as she was defending the pilots from the falling meteors at the Outer Space, Meteor Stream; once to slow down the devastation and again speeding up the transformation, although the Thousand Dragon was overmatched. Joey used it with Baby Dragon again onto the swarm of Dark Soldiers defending Jody.
