Tony Jay was an English voice artist and actor. Formerly a member of the Royal Shakespeare Company, he provided voices in a myriad of animated TV series and movies, usually in villainous roles, such as Reboot and The Hunchback of Notre Dame as well as in the Legacy of Kain video games. He died in the summer of 2006 from complications of endoscopic surgey. He voiced Nava, the wolf elder in Balto: The Series. He guest starred in The Quest for Beasts as Agent Jones and narrated Disney's Animated Myths and Legends. He starred in the Robin Hood fanfic Family Miracle as Father James and as King Lear in Disney's Animated Tales of Shakespeare.
