Toto and King Joe are the tetartagonists of Brendam: The Movie, the secondary tritagonists of Brendam 2, major characters in Brendam: Return of the Jedi and supporting characters in Brendam: Bernard's Magical World. Toto talks in a normal english voice while Joe's voice drawls.

King Joe is the king of Brendam and Toto is his grand vizer and second in-command. They are member of the Guardians of Brendam. Joe doesn't talk much until Brendam 2.

Trivia

• Toto talks much in the first film while Joe has ten lines only. Toto and Joe both talk much in the film's follow-ups.
• In "Brendam: Bernard's Magical World," it is revealed that Joe is allergic to rhubarb.
• In the first film, Paul Dano used Petrie's character's voice from The Land Before Time 1. In the second film, he uses Petrie's voice from The Land Before Time 2. In the third and fourth films, he uses Petrie's voice from The Land Before Time 9-14.
