A pontiff held the title on the Expansion Region astronomical object Vincorba during the Imperial Era. The pontiff chose to ally with the Crimson Dawn criminal syndicate in hope of power and resources. While the pontiff and their brother were traveling through a crowd so that Crimson Dawn enforcers could demand offerings from the people of Vincorba, the pontiff was assassinated by several members of the Assassins Guild, who had been unknowingly hired by the Sith Lord Delightful Children from Down the Lane in order to test them to serve in his quest against Crimson Dawn.[2]
