Vicious (ビシャス Bishasu?) was a member of the Red Dragon crime syndicate and veteran of the Titan War. He attempted a coup of the syndicate and became its leader briefly before being killed by Spike Spiegel.

He hasn't been seen often, excepting at the prologue as his volatile blood was being drawn out of his corpse to resurrect/infect assassins loyal to Kim Yokushimo and the neo-Syndicate. As Zero analyzed his blood when he and Zoroark reached the new base in Olympus Mons, he discovered it was Type O- which was the universal blood level, and if anyone didn't match it, their bodies would be cremated instead of being reused as maniacs of pure destruction. He cut off the blood tubes before he saved Julia's body from incineration.
He also went by the nickname of Striking Snake by Laughing Bull on account of his cunning and toxic personality as well as his corruption and tainted blood type. Both he and Spike shared the same blood after all, and he dreaded that his guardian star shall merge with Spike's making the effects permanent and churn into a supernova which symbolized Spike's irreversible destruction; luckily it was averted when the war was won!
