Volt Krueger is a playable protagonist from The Bouncer.
A bouncer at Fate. For some reason, he is very well-informed about the Mikado Group. Though he has a quiet demeanor, Volt's size, strength, and distinct facial piercings instill fear in most people.
Prior to his employment in the ranks of Mikado, Volt was the head of a street gang in Edge. After a small-scale turf battle which his younger members started, he was then praised and lauded by the rival mafia boss for having easily defeated his strongest thug, like "a dog mauling on a helpless rag doll", and offered Volt a "job", where he would promise to lay off Volt's turf should he do it. The target in question was Master Mikado of the Mikado Group himself, and during an opportune moment, Volt made his way through Mikado's bodyguards as if they were nothing. Undaunted and staring into the face of his assailant, Mikado appeared to have gained Volt's attention and respect, ultimately swaying Volt to his ranks.
During his tenure at Mikado Group Security, Volt had also met leading Mikado agent Aena Paula, otherwise known by her code name, Echidna. Though he rose up to be one of Mikado's most loyal and dedicated bodyguards, living in Volt's shadow made Echidna feel insecure and deeply jealous. Her resentment became even stronger after he refused to partake in a duel with her, as it was against his own principles to ever raise his hand against a woman.
Volt was crushed upon hearing the news of Master Mikado's murder, which happened a few years after he began his employment at Mikado. Upset at Echidna for having been his bodyguard at the time, she callously and sarcastically expressed how she could not have protected him for not being as strong as Volt. Mystified at her gestures, she would cross the line even further, framing Volt for Master Mikado's murder and ordering security to gun him down.
Washing up on shore, Volt would be found and taken care of by Boss, knowing of Edge's civil services and their ties to Mikado's own influence, and having had just as a wild youth as the wounded Volt. Having recovered since his incident, Boss then offered Volt a bouncer job at FATE. Accepting his offer, Boss also suggested piercings to help cover up Volt's noticeable wounds, to deter unwarranted attention and give him his notable look.
The Bouncer Tetralogy[]
Volt was first seen outside the Fate bar, as he looked at his watch waiting for Dominique to show up, in time to begin Sion's shift. Before his shift ended, the bar was invaded! He declared Mikado's Special Forces were here! He, Sion, and Kou were being overmatched and Dominique got captured and taken to Mikado! Sion became anxious to go there, and they needed to board a cargo train in 30 mins. They barely did as they were being distracted by pursuing Rent-a-cops and Volt pulled Sion as he managed to leap onboard!
Volt informed she should be in Mikado instead of taking the cargo train. They were then ambushed by several more Rent-a-cops along with his rival, Echidna. Then, the brakes were cut thanks to the Orage's firing, and Sion failed to find the card key, resulting the seawater to deluge the maze! Volt urged them to hurry before they should get trapped by the emergency shutters. He barely escaped as he, Sion and Kou fought off the security guards. They boarded an Air-Carrier and got stranded in the hanging garden, then defeated Mikado's Special Forces. Volt recognized their leader, even with the night goggles on. He then said he lost his mind after the horrid experiments done to him.
Trunks and Volt
He soon met Ayame unexpectedly and accepted her help, although he witnessed the new leader, Dauragon, murder Sion's master, Wong! The fight with him and the panther was nearly too much! And the trio became separated as Volt managed to survive. Even while strapped to a table with cheap restraining equipment. He was searching for the damsel, till he got wounded by a tough gang of Mooks. Trunks saved him and he was impressed of his fighting skills, coming from a small tyke. He was uncertain as it wasn't a playground, but his eccentricity was contagious. They both teamed up to find Dominique and the Dragon Ball in her possession, then found a secret chamber! Dominique was a few feet away, and Volt caught a sneaking Mook, then thrown toward Mugetsu saving Sion from constriction. He advised him to stay sharp.
He reunited with Sion and Kou, along with meeting Goten and Ayame. After the Special Forces were defeated, he instructed they should take the rocket tower! Unfortunately, security activated the robots, and one Bouncer has to escort Dominique; Sion and Ayame volunteered while Volt and the others distracted the guards.
Volt and Kou deactivated the PD-4 as Sion and Ayame were being cornered while Dominique was comatose, though they were surrounded by 5 more! Dominique went haywire and wiped them out; much to Sion's horror, she's an android. Sion was still stunned, even when she was caught by Mugetsu! It was hard for him to accept, especially since Volt confessed that he was the personal guard to the previous Mikado before he passed, and Volt was framed. He was then accepted by Boss as he was healed from gunshot wounds, even with the devil piercings. She's the replica of Mikado's dead sister as a weapon of destruction and to copy her who lost her battle with a terminal illness. They soon defeated Echidna and Volt urged her to leave Mikado and live a normal life. They soon found an Air-Carrier to reach the Galeos. Then, Sion and Kou fought off Mugetsu as Volt piloted the ship. He confronted the panther and was surprised that Kaldea was used for bionoid technology, only to come to the conclusion that Dauragon killed Master Mikado! Only to have her be lost to Sion and killed her by Dauragon's chain!! Sion stormed to the control center and the Bouncers were trapped in!
He then discovered Dauragon's true motives on ruling the world with absolute power with a solar-powered satellite and Dominique as its laser-guiding system! Sion commanded Dominique to stop which her control was broken and shut down the system. Volt was eager to avenge Master Mikado and confronted the tyrant with Sion and Kou, but they were unsuccessful after three lethal fights! Volt was down, even when the Saiyan kids made their move, till Ayame was held hostage! Luckily, she was able to shove a Senzu Bean down their mouths, restoring their vitality. Goten and Trunks finished him with their own sucker punch! Volt recovered, and he broke off Dominique's strains. He was hapless as the Galeos was heading toward the satellite, as it wasn't an Air-Carrier. Dominique then led the heroes out as Volt accepted her dream of the Galeos splitting, before it collided with the satellite. He can rest easy now that Master Mikado's death is avenged.

The next day, the heroes were escorted back to Dog Street as the Nimbus took him there with Ayame and the Saiyan kids. He then started his shift at the repaired bar, only to have Echidna offer herself to become a new bouncer. Volt reluctantly accepted, and Dominique shall remain immortal despite him aging.
Finally, Volt said farewell to the heroic kids and Ayame.
On the night of Sion's 20th birthday, he and Echidna gave him biker gloves. He picked out the Sapporo, the strongest alcoholic beverage in Boss' inventory, which later manifested his dark persona. He was consumed more as he desired to be the lone wolf of Dog Street, being the dominant male fighter! Starting to take all shifts for himself, much to Kou's dismay! He demanded to have another Sapporo till he was confronted by Volt which agitated him more. He was about to kill him as he failed to do last time, until he backed away after hitting Dominique! He was startled on what he'd done and stormed out to an alley where his master was being mangled! He saved him only to experience a painful fission!
Soon after, Sion was banned from Fate by Boss as he suspected him to be the shadow making several murder cases. Then he came face to face with his dark double! Only to lose to him as he made a Dark Kamehameha Wave. As Volt and Kou ganged on him, even Sion felt the pain, and he was too stunned as he saw Dominique get carried away to Mikado! Wong then decided to train Sion on meditation, fighting his inner demons, and mastering the Kamehameha!
He was successful on defeating his darker self, and Volt came to an easy conclusion that all the work can be done by a violent cosplayer.
A few years later, Volt and Echidna became Fate's new co-owners after Boss tragically died from a heart attack. By the next day, Volt was impressed if Ayame should apply as the new Bouncer. Then the neo-Yakuza attacked! Sion, Volt and Dominique fought vigilantly, till they discovered Kou worked undercover. He, Volt and Sion went on foot after the members, till a certain hooded figure knocked out the Bouncers seamlessly!
Volt's mind was then reawakened, only to serve his new okubun. The trio combatted Ayame, Echidna and Leann though they were impressed by their prowess. They even made their own Trinity Rush, only to have Ayame's light ki be unleashed, despite being hindered by the mounting dark ki. Their okubun, who turned out to be Dauragon, trapped the women beneath the collapsing floor! Then Volt was enlisted to find the missing trio, but no such luck as Ayame was a pro for hiding/lowering her power level to avoid detection. He was about to have his fingers removed till Chiaotzu intervened and removed the Bouncers' microchips controlling their minds! Sion was rendered unconscious, even when they were escorted to the Lookout. By the time Dauragon was destroyed for good, he soon woke up. Echidna was relieved, and she happily announced she's expecting with him as the father. He then received word that Ayame lost her family due to the Yakuza's assaults, and he assured her she shall become a new Bouncer with her new family asap.
A few years later, he welcomed Goten and Trunks as the new future bouncers. He and Echidna bared a son named Pence!
