This is about the Fanmade Crime Syndicates having one shots, although it's mostly their downfall.

- The 1st protagonist is called The Perisher and he's a parody of the Punisher, having also lost his wife and young son to the crime families because he was a federal agent who kept stopping them and refused to join any of them due to being a good follower of the law but when they tried to kill him and yet left him for dead, he survived and decided to come back for revenge on the syndicates for what they've done.
Prologue: The Perisher[]
Everyone was gathered for this and was told about some karma happening.
The Perisher appeared right now.
All Crime Syndicates weren't scared about this, despite knowing the guy.
However, Valeria Garcia found the Perisher to be cute and sexy, despite him ignoring her.
The Thrawn Family just accepted their demise.
'Oh boy, we pissed off the wrong man.' thought the sighing Thrawn Family.
'That's right, I'm back and will take you guys away now.' thought the glaring Perisher.
Nonetheless, they decided to see his story, unaware that other cities and universes are watching.
(Before we get to the fights, the Syndicates have to know their enemy: The Perisher.)
"Nice name." said a smirking Robert, finding it awesome.
"Thank you." said an uncaring Perisher, still hating criminal scum.
They wonder why he hates them so much.
The other cities have heard about him.
'Who are you?' thought the curious residents.
The other universes are also curious about him.
However, The Punisher (Marvel) felt connected to him.
(Long ago, he used to be a heroic and lawful S.I.A. agent named Calvin Foster, who had been known for always taking down crime and even refusing to join crime because he didn't want to be like any corrupt agents.)
Everyone gasped in shock, recognizing him now.
"But how is this possible? Isn't he supposed to be dead?" asked a shocked Sebastian, Columbian crime boss.
The other cities were shocked to hear this too, mostly those that know him or those that didn't know he was law member.
"Oh my god, Calvin's alive." said a shocked Jordan, having been the guy's superior or even partner.
