Plot

Gary is bored, and SpongeBob smells everything. Then Gary notices how SpongeBob can smell: his nose! So, Gary tries to grow a nose. However, 15 hours later, it's bed time, so Gary tries to grow a nose in his sleep
In the morning, SpongeBob sees how Gary slept, and gasps in horror to see that Gary grown a nose! Since SpongeBob is so worried, he goes to Patrick, but he doesn't know what has happened, so they go to Squidward, but he doesn't care, so they go to Plankton, but he gets jealous, so they go to Sandy, and she says it's familiar to her, and they finally go to Mr. Krabs.
Mr. Krabs says that Gary got jealous of not having a nose, so he grew a nose, or simply called "Nose Jealousy", and Mr. Krabs says that Gary has 48 hours to live. But he tells them that Gary needs to have plastic surgery in order to survive.
After the plastic surgery, Gary comes out without a nose, and everyone is happy, except for Plankton who then grew a nose suddenly.

Trivia/Goofs

• Gary grew the nose similar to SpongeBob's nose.
• Gary's eyes were dots just like in "Help Wanted" when Gary comes out of the Emergency Room.
