Wong Leung is a character from The Bouncer.
Wong Leung was the martial artist responsible for adopting and training Sion Barzahd, who he found wandering the streets as a young man. He also passed his knowledge of martial arts on to Dauragon C. Mikado, but he took it upon himself to stop his former pupil when he learned what Dauragon planned to do with his weaponized satellite. Dauragon, however, had become a better fighter than his mentor and fatally wounded him during their duel. With his dying breath, Wong asked Sion to forgive him and urged him to stop Dauragon.

Wong with Krillin, 18 and Dominique in Character Select
He was first seen with Dauragon, and was then murdered by him. Unlike the game, though, Wong was mentioned by Dominique that he helped her escape from Mikado, the same way Sion and Ayame did, before she met Sion. Ayame then promised him she shall wish him back with the Dragon Balls, which she did as she made the wish at the Lookout to revive all of Dauragon's murder victims, excepting Kaldea and Mugetsu. A couple weeks later, he was seen outside of Capsule Corp greeted by Trunks, who jokingly said he looked like Dr. Gero, then taken in by Panchy while Bulma and Dr. Brief were repairing Dominique. Trunks wanted to show Sion his revived master, which eventually resulted in a tearful reunion. He was then with him as they waited at the lobby, then reunited with Dominique after the successful operation. He was impressed on how the kids helped save the world from Dauragon, and looked forward to seeing them again.
Wong was seen again in the Black-Hooded Sion Saga as he was being beaten up by a malicious street gang, till he was rescued by Sion, then suffered from a fission by Jet Black Sion. Wong was still with Sion as he regretted on what he'd done. Even when he offered to train him outside of Edge to avoid the heat of Sion being framed for the several murders by his dark side. He trained him at their old household on meditation and even mastering the Kamehameha Wave, in which Ayame was shocked Wong learned it; he met Master Roshi and Gohan Snr., even though he despises the former! Later on, Wong sensed Sion's ki fluctuating with his dark side, but he was eventually successful.
In the Yakuza Saga, Wong was watching a sparring match with Sion and Dominique. Then as the neo-Yakuza attacked, Wong and Echidna fought off some of the lethal gang and even blew Kou's cover as he was in disguise ordered by LUKIS. Wong stayed at the devastated bar, while the main trio went afoot, and educated Echidna, Dominique and Ayame of how the Yakuza came to be, even taking Sion away from the dangerous streets and making him his own disciple. Ayame then decided to recruit the Z-Fighters again, and Krillin and 18 disguised Wong as a close resemblance to Dr. Gero. They escaped from Fate and to the Lookout avoiding the Yakuza's eyes, till they were ambushed by a few deadly assassins. Wong recovered and was intrigued by the place as he hung out with Dende and Mr. Popo. He was relieved the Yakuza were destroyed and Sion was his normal self again. He even offered to support Ayame after she found out her family was killed. And was last seen outside a rebuilt Fate several years later as Goten and Trunks offered to be future Bouncers.
