Story[]
The year is 2030. Medical technology has advanced so much that the missing limbs of the human body can be replaced by extremely precise cybernetic devices. At the same time, a large group of scientists are secretly working on a top-secret military project to use this new cybernetic technology for military purposes. From among these scientists, a handful of rebels were born. Together, they conspired to create an army of cyborg soldiers under the surface, with ambitions of world domination. Eventually, a man named Gus Glover came to reign as the leader of the organization, and when the plans were meticulously laid out and the fearsome cyborg army was ready to go into battle, they rose up in unison and began their rebellion. The people called them the.
To combat this rebellion, the Law and Order Regulatory Division, or L.O.R.D., is formed. They summoned a new group of scientists to develop a weapon that could fight on equal terms with the cyborg army of Metal Command. The result of their research was the cybernetic hand, or artificial hands.
This cybernetic hand gives the implanted person incredible power. A single blow from each hand can shatter even metal armor to pieces. but, there was one problem. If there is no one who wants to be implanted with cybernetic hands, he will not be able to wield his iron fist on Metal Command. ......
At the same time, in the Bronx, New York, Steve Herman, a brilliant young cop, was in pursuit of one of the Metal Command Cyborgs. Suddenly, the cyborg slows down, and Herman easily outruns his opponent. As Herman was puzzled by the cyborg's strange behavior, he heard a deafening metallic sound from behind him, shattering the concrete ground. But it was already too late. When he turned around, the giant cyborg was right in front of him. The next thing he knew, Herman's body had been crushed by two cyborgs. ...... but, despite having his hands and ribs shattered, Herman was barely alive. In the split second that the cyborgs tried to see if he was alive or dead, Herman managed to escape from the scene.
A few days later, a man approaches Herman's bed in the hospital as his completely crushed and torn hands are amputated. In his hand, he carried a box. He announced that he was from L.O.R.D. and opened the box to show Herman the contents: ...... cybernetic hands - the strongest hands on earth.
