River Ciry Ransom Type Game Renegade (Arcade)[]
About[]
A Beat 'em-up Action Game that was released in arcades by Taito in December 1986. It was a pioneer of action games based on one-on-many fighting. The game is based on the Yankee theme that was popular in the 1980s.
You control the Protagonist, the righteous Yankee "Mr. K", and fight against the Yankee and Bikers and other villains. Defeat the boss in time to clear the stage. A loop game with 4 stages. The game uses both a life system and a remaining machine system, so if your health drops to zero, you go down, if you fall into a hole on stages 1 and 2, if you are attacked by a doss or a gun on stage 4, or if you run out of time, you make one mistake, and if you have a remaining machine (0 machine by default, extended by a certain score), you start again from the beginning of the stage. If there are no remaining planes, the game is over.
The game also features voice acting, which was rare at the time, and uses voice sound effects when coins are inserted. In the ending, he is welcomed by Mr. K's girlfriend.

River Ciry Ransom Type Game Renegade (Sega Master System)[]
About[]
A Beat 'em-up Action Game released by Taito on the Sega Master System in 1993. The setting of the game is slightly different from the arcade version of Renegade, where Protagonist "Mr. K" sets out to crush Lucas' ambitions. Due to hardware limitations, the maximum number of enemies that can appear on the screen has been reduced, but there are still some original home version elements such as a motorcycle chase scene and a route split on the final stage. Also, the remaining machine system has been introduced from the beginning.
