Synopsis[]
After the Events of Yu-Gi-Oh GX, Jaden is taken away into Interspace by a evil being known as Spectra and his evil ghost empire. They are set on only one goal is to revive the most powerful and ancient monster of all Obolisk the Tormentor, The Only ones who can stop spectra and get jaden back in order to graduate are three new duelists Ky Yuki (the new kid), Maya Kuso (the brains), and Boomer Vallory (the comic relief) who are all teleported to Duel Academy where they will become the new duelists at duel academy
With new villans arising at every turn, Blair Flannigan who joins the three in only hope to save Jaden from the evil grasp of Spectra and his army of evil duelists New friendships will be formed and teams will be forged and seperated With there new gear duel readers (new generation of duel disks) They call on the power of there monsters in the cards to defeat spectra and his evil duelist army from reviving obolisk and save jade from Spectra in Virtual Interspace before it's too late "Field Open"!

- Ky Yuki (Voiced by Justin Briner ) - The Main Protagonist of the series. He is described as the new kid, friendly, and kind who comes to duel academy with Maya and Boomer to save Jaden after he dissapeared He recives Dark Blaze Dragon and Number 107: Galaxy Eyes Tacheyon Dragon from Yugi and Yusei enjoys adventures with his Two Friends (Maya and Boomer), He gets along great with Boomer and He has a crush on Maya, When ever theres trouble he and his two friends are always there to help out In the Final Episode Ky, Maya, and Boomer Challenge Spectra to a final duel in Interspace to defeat him once and for all and they win and spectra dissapeares leaving his mask behind Which leaves Ky victorious with Boomer and Maya His signature Monster is Number 107: Galaxy Eyes Tacheyon Dragon.
- Maya Kuso (Voiced by Cristina Vee) - A beautiful and talented new duelist who is regarded the duelist from another planet. She is like many other duelists, and often has a crush on Ky. Later, it is also revealed that she gets along great with Boomer, in the anime however when Jaden is taken into interspace she realized what is happening she worries about jaden and ky's safety which in anyway does not agree with boomer in anywhich gets boomer so annoyed which means she will vow nothing and absolutely nothing until jaden is brought safely back in the finale she is very happy that jaden is safe after jaden and alexis get married Blair falls head over heels for Boomer in any case boomer gets weireded out that blair is after Boomer instead of jaden Then Ky asks maya in the finale "When is boomer ever gonna get over this thing"? Then Maya Replies with "Beats Me Ky, but I'm Glad Spectra's Gone We Haven't Seen The Last of Him". Which leaves the two walking the road to a new duel world.
- Boomer Vallory (Voiced by Ben Diskin ) - A North Academy new duelist described as comedic, loyal, and adventure loving. He and Ky are friends and alies along with Maya for the series. He uses a Beast King Deck given by Yugi and uses the Blue Eyes White Dragon Card, He activates the card to summon his rare Monster leaving Blair to help out which he does in the finale Blair goes wild for Boomer which makes him run in a scardey kind of way That's when maya said "You Gotta Admit they do make a great couple". Which leaves blair running for boomer and boomer blushing in the end of the anime.
