Zelda II was a Pokémon Trainer created by TheIkranRider. Much like Akari she too originated from Johto, specifically Goldenrod City. Until she decided to train in the frontiers and was soon later taken to Hyrule! Since then, she had become its savior and a valuable partner to Link as the Hero of Time.

Ikran's Lost OoT/Pokémon crossover[]

Zelda (originally named as Zelda) II was a Pokémon Trainer from the Johto region. She became a Trainer since she was 12, and her Starter was Chikorita. She eventually caught so many creatures and made it thru the Kanto frontier, but she wasn't interested in joining the Pokémon League. She soon came across Mew and Mewtwo, along with their Pokémon, who seem to be in distress against Team Rocket. Because of her skill and valiance, and since she knew firsthand what it's like to be a misfit, he accepted her as his own and taught her how to survive on the land. Since then, she decided to let her Pokémon roam freely with her and her mentors, instead of being coped up in a computer in the Pokémon Center, or in a ranch at Pallet Town.

On one fateful night, she and her friends had suddenly disappeared, and she and seven of her latest Pokémon wound up in the Kokiri Forest. She then teamed up with Link and Navi, understanding him being an outcast as pointed out by Mido. She then assisted them on reversing the curse on the Great Deku Tree, even though they were too late. She then grew anxious to look for her other friends scattered across the land, and she has reunited with most of his missing teammates. Over time, Hyrule seemed to have fit her like a glove, and she wanted to teach Link on how to be a Trainer like her since he was already 10. Unfortunately, since time was of the essence, she never had the chance!

Seven years later, she woke up with Link and Navi, as an adult, inside the Chamber of Sages. She had to start overlooking for her friends, though! She was surprised they survived, since about 98% of them already evolved and adapted amongst Ganondorf's regime. She was determined on saving her new home and to protect her new friends, even assist Link, her partner, on whatever way she and her Pokémon can do.

By the time Link was comatose by a sudden, invisible onslaught that was destroying the Kakariko Village, Zelda II knew it was her turn to save Hyrule and her comrades. She traversed under the well and thru the Shadow Temple, until she became gravely ill by Ganondorf's Power. She'd been incapacitated for a few days, leaving Link to his own devices. An operation had to take place, as the blockage in her stomach was removed. She fully recovered, Sheik taught her to play the Requiem of Spirt, and met up with Link and some of her friends at the Spirit Temple before Nabooru sicced on them. After the heated battle with Twinrova, she and Link began to bond. Unfortunately, since they had to face Ganondorf, and since he seemed to have an interest in the princess, she was distraught. After Ganon's defeat, she persuaded the couple to head back to the past, and that was when the timeline split; Zelda II went back with Link in the time paradox, while the other let her stay in the future.

Lost Legend of Namira[]

Lately, she had been suffering from nightmares, in which was under a Gerudo's charm and doing some mating rituals with him. Night after night, she had been losing sleep and waking up in terror. They'd been searching for clues, and they soon discovered from Impa and Nabooru that the Goddess, Namira, has risen. Some of the townsfolk became boyfriends to their mistresses in the past, and unlike the Trainer, Link seemed enthralled. They still worked together till one night when he met Namira face-to-face and succumbed to her words and movements. Zelda II was then put to sleep by Impa's Poe potion, and from her lucid dreaming, teamed up with Mewtwo and her other Pokémon part of the new Gerudo/Pokémon army! They went to the hidden brothel at the outskirts in Lazzaru Desert, then came across the Goddess herself! The Trainer screamed for Link to stop, which made him stunned. Then, she and Mewtwo fought her off, though it was too much for the Genetic. She was able to restore Link's mind and they finished her off! They were all able to recover, but...he still had an affection for the princess.

Brought Together, Torn Apart[]

She became distraught as she found out Link was in love with the princess, instead of the Trainer, despite saving Hyrule together! Hours later, she had a pep talk with Impa and Sheik, convincing her that she's the better life partner for the Hero. They knew they were inseparable and function well as a team; after all, they knew he'd be better off surrounded by nature and immersing himself with the Pokémon like she did, instead of being in a cityscape all the time or in a castle! She found him in the Sacred Forest Meadow, and even he listened to them, Navi, and Saria on who his partner should be.

"Zelda II? I choose you."

Other Fics[]

They continued to work as one, even against a resurrected Sheikah named Tussee. Even when they were anointed as both Dame and Duke of the Hylian knights, and as official members of the Royal Family. They also had a house built in Lake Hylia in which they share to this day! She has also tried to advance Hyrule's technology, since she usually criticizes it being more primitive than her own home in Johto.

Lost LTTP/Pokémon crossover[]

By the time the Imprisonment War came to be, they continued to work together, even gathering new recruits, since Zelda II went away to Hoenn for a while to catch new Pokémon. They'd been separated a few times, till they discovered the Evil Realm/Dark World. She was incredibly devastated the only way to reverse the eternal curse between Link, Hylia, and Demise; in order to reunite the Triforce, the True Force must be present, and each bearer must perish simultaneously!! Only Zelda II had the True Force and wished to restore Hyrule and the Sacred Realm and undo everything Ganon had done! Even break the cycle between the three entities. It worked! But it put Link in a state of depression and isolation. Zelda II found him in the middle of the ocean beyond Zora's Domain alive and well! She and her Water-Types escorted him back, and he had been self-rehabilitated at the dream island, Koholint! Eventually, Zelda II was able to attain the mantle of the Heroine of Time on how close she was to Link!

Trivia[]

  • Zelda II was a name Ikran came up with when she was a teen; it was a lame name when she was roleplaying with a friend of hers at the time. She reluctantly accepted it and went with the name to tell her and the princess apart.
  • At first, she wanted to stick with her Trainer, Akari, from the ReBoot crossovers and wanted her to have amnesia as she went to Hyrule, but she decided to scrap that idea.
  • The idea in which Zelda II succumbed to a severe illness, a bowel blockage, was inspired by personal experience as Ikran dealt with the same thing when she was 15. The blockage was removed, and since then her stomach shrunk, simply when she was put under, and her body was compressed! Since the Pokémon World had more superior science/technology than Hyrule, it worked!
  • It was revealed at one point, Rauru was the one who relocated Zelda II and her Pokémon to Hyrule from the Kanto frontier as they avoided a dark stalker. This could imply that Ikran's ex-stepmom despised her getting involved with Pokémon and Zelda as they were too childlike, and she had to go thru excruciating growing pains since 2001!
  • Ikran hated the people Link was hooked up with, from Dark Link, Ruto, Saria, Nabooru, and worst of all, Namira!! At first Ikran accepted it as Zelda, but...that'd mean Link'd always be working in a city-like setting, and he'd be the Prince of Hyrule. And since she never liked Westerns and despised Ingo's treachery, she didn't accept him with Malon as much. As a coping mechanism, and Zelda II was more immersive with nature, and since Link was raised as a Kokiri thru most of his life, it was decided! Zelda II WOULD make the perfect life partner to Link!
